How to Make Tea Infused Simple Syrup

 

Tea West Trade doesn't only have a passion for tea, but also for the art of crafting a delicious tea cocktail.

A lot of the cocktails we make involve using a tea infused simple syrup, so to ensure you don't get scared off from not knowing how to make that crucial ingredient, we're going to show you the way right here!

You'll need:

- One cup of water

- One cup of Sugar

- Tea West blend of your choice

- a strainer

- a pot

STEP 1 : POUR ONE CUP OF WATER AND ONE CUP OF SUGAR INTO POT

STEP 2: ADD 2-3 TablespoonS OF DESIRED TEA BLEND

STEP 3: BRING TO A BOIL for about three minutes WHILE STIRRING CONSECUTIVELY TO KEEP THE SUGAR FROM BURNING. TURN OFF HEAT AFTER IT BEGINS TO BOIL.

STEP 4: AFTER LETTING IT COOL for up to an hour, STRAIN THE TEA INFUSED SIMPLE SYRUP into a container and either whip up one of our cocktails on the site, or put in a container in the fridge for later. (SYRUP LASTS UP TO MONTH IF KEPT REFRIGERATED)
